Recruitment Process

Recruitment Process starts after receiving the following documents from the employer/ company. The procedure of recruitment is simple and starts with preparation of documents in our favor as follows:

  1. Demand Letter
  2. Power of Attorney
  3. Agreement of Manpower Mobilization
  4. Employment Contract Paper
  5. Guarantee Letter

Note:

All these documents should be on the official letterhead of the employer company with authorized signature and company seal.

All these documents should be attested by the Nepalese Embassy or Chamber of Commerce in the Country of Employment. The original copies of all these documents are required.

(The specimens of these documents will be provided if required)

Permission from DOFE (Government of Nepal)

Once the complete documents received from the employer/company are then submitted to the DOFE for necessary registration and permission.

Advertisement

After we get the permission from DOFE, the manpower requirements are advertised through leading national newspaper to received interested candidates applicants.

Interview Calls

After evaluating the applicants, shortlisted candidates are called for interview & trade test.

Final Selection

Shortlisted candidates are then required to appear before the selection board (If advised by the employer) and thereafter the selected candidates are put to test. The final rating is done after final evaluation of the individuals overall performance.

Medical Test

The selected candidates will be sent to an authorized hospital or clinic for a full medical examination. The candidate, who is fit medically and physically for employment will be eligible to sign the employment contract.

Visa Endorsement

On completion of the above requirements, passport of the selected candidates along with all requirements (Visa, Medical Report, Employment Contract) are submitted to the DOFE for final approval.

Orientation

Prior to the departure of workers the orientation briefing is organized to make all workers fully aware of the employment company, country’s laws and orders, labour laws immigration policy and maintain understanding and cordiality among them self and aim of the particular activity of the individual. The Orientation takes special care in briefing them to strictly abide by the guide line in the field of their employment and direct them to maintain good circumstance and motivates them to their duties/responsibilities.

Travelling Arrangement

In all case, we send all the visa endorsements, passports to the concerned airlines, to confirm the scheduled flight from Nepal to the nearest airport of the working side. PTA may be send to any airlines operating from Kathmandu under intimation to us.
